How do I place an order?

Choose a product, click Add to Cart, then go to Checkout. Fill in your name, mobile number, district and full address, choose a payment method and press Place Order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash and Nagad.

Can I cancel or change my order?

When will I receive my order?

Inside Jashore: 1-2 days. Outside Jashore: 2-4 days.

What is the delivery charge?

Inside Jashore ৳60 and outside Jashore ৳120.

I haven't received my order. What should I do?

Please track your order on our Track Your Order page, or message us on WhatsApp (01345109163) with your Order ID and we will check right away.

Return & Refund

Can I return a product?

You can request a replacement within 7 days if the product is damaged, defective or not as described. Please contact us on WhatsApp (01345109163) with your Order ID and photos.

Do you offer refunds?

We mainly offer replacement. If a replacement is not possible, we will discuss a refund with you. Please contact us and we will find the best solution..

How long does a replacement or refund take?

We process your request within 2-3 working days after we receive the product and verify the issue.

Who pays the return delivery charge?

If the product was wrong or defective, we cover the delivery charge. For other cases, the delivery charge is paid by the customer.
