At Tekzion, selected upcoming or restocking products may be available for pre-order. By placing a pre-order request, you agree to the following terms.

1. Pre-Order Process

• Pre-orders can be placed through our website without advance payment.
• Customers must provide accurate name, phone number and delivery information.
• A pre-order request does not guarantee product availability or delivery.

2. Order Confirmation

When the product becomes available, our team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order.

3. Advance Payment

• For confirmed orders delivered outside Jashore , a ৳200 advance payment is required.
• The ৳200 advance will be adjusted with the final order amount.
• If the customer cancels the order after paying the advance, the ৳200 advance is non-refundable.
• If Tekzion cannot provide the product due to stock or availability issues, the advance will be refunded.

4. Cancellation

Pre-orders can be cancelled before confirmation without any charge. After confirmation and advance payment, cancellation will follow the terms mentioned above.

5. Availability

Pre-order quantities are limited and subject to stock availability. Product price, specifications or availability may change before final confirmation.
